Portfolio - Ian M. Sauer Portfolio

Hello, My name is Ian Sauer and this is my on-going portfolio work. I am currently a sophomore at Drexel University as an Animation and Visual Effects Major. This page is going to be used to display my work, broken up into each year I am at Drexel. Sophomore Year Work:

This bottle was created based off of real world reference. The Lighting and the glass textures were made by me in a render engine called V-ray (2024).
This was a lighting experiment where the models were pulled from the V-ray library and I had to create a realistic lighting set (2024).
This is one of my first attempts at sculpting. I created this stylized version of a skull. Given the time I would like to go back and texture this object and possibly rig it as well (2024).
For one of our finals in the spring, we had to recreate a scene from a movie using inanimate objects. This is a snapshot from this animation (2024).
For previsualization, we were tasked with creating a story board for our final animations. This is the first page (2024).
For previsualization, I created this simple environment that could be used to help display our animations (2024).

Freshman Year Work:

This was a toxic waste container I had made during the spring quater of my freshman year (2023)
This was a gas mask I had made during the spring quater of my freshman year (2023). This was a project where we replicated a real world object as a 3D model.
This was a mobile fire extinguisher I had made during the spring quater of my freshman year (2023)
